wolf My spirit animal is the Wolf

Having taken a test to find out what my spirit animal is I was surprised to see it is the wolf. It is stated that these animals are actually very social, family-oriented, and good at communicating with each other. With the use of body movement, touch, eye contact, and vocal sounds, they engage with other wolves constantly.

What it means to be the wolf: The power of the wolf brings forth instinct, intelligence, appetite for freedom, and awareness of the importance of social connections.

It talks about self-intelligence, deep knowledge of something, and strong beliefs.

Then there is an appetite for freedom. I have always had the need for freedom. Not so much in the way you would think, but I like to be in control. For example, I chose to work throughout my life as I needed the freedom to make my choices, not having to depend on anyone else to take care of me. This is my freedom, to be me.

I tend to be determined and strive to get my way. I believe the wolf is definitely determined and will usually get his way most likely for his survival. Mine is usually not so serious, but I certainly like to get my way. I have strong beliefs and tend to want others to see things my way.

A wolf travels in packs and has a strong social need. I also have the need to be with family and friends. I am most happy when in a group of my people. It is stated the wolf is a communicator. I found this to be interesting, then realized that I have no trouble communicating especially with family and friends. I just do so in small groups.

I tend to be single-minded in my vision of life. I usually have a vision and until that is fulfilled, I have trouble going on. The wolf definitely has a vision and continues until it is completed It strives for survival and works at getting it very strongly

I feel I have a strong sense of who to trust and who not to trust. Even though I might overlook my intuition just to keep peace I usually know when not to put trust in someone. A wolf definitely has the appearance of a lack of trust. That is probably just because he is a wild animal and has acquired the need to not trust. I usually can tell at first glance if someone is not to be trusted or if that person is not on the same page as myself.

There are a lot of areas where I can see that my spirit animal is the wolf, but it was a surprise to me.

There is also a higher up in the wolf pack, a leader. I love to make it clear to my family that I am the matriarch of the family and try to use it to my advantage. This means I am old, so whatever it takes I’ll work with it. Upon reflection, there are a lot of areas I can see where I am similar to that of the wolf. I thought it would be a dog, but this works better I guess.
