It was during my 2-week summer vacation last year when all my kids came up to stay for the weekend.  We wanted to get as many adventures in as we could.  On the night they all arrived, we discussed the possibilities.  Horseback riding, winery tours, mini-golf, beach time, and the list goes on.  Everyone decided that instead of doing our traditional activities, we would try something different.
